Fresh on the stem. We make jelly, syrup, and vinegar and will gladly share recipes if you'd like to try this deliciously tart berry.

Just make sure you've got plenty of butter and sugar on hand when getting ready to cook with this veggie, don't say we didn't warn you . . . And yes, though it's most often used like a fruit rhubarb is actually vegetable!
Shishito Peppers - ready in August
Spoiler Alert: Sautéed shishito peppers are one of the easiest things in the world to make and quite honestly quite addictive! It takes five minutes and two ingredients other than the peppers- oil and salt.

These unprocessed sponges are farm grown and amazing as a kitchen scrubber or shower exfoliator.
Fun Fact: the Luffa aegyptiaca or Luffa acutangula doesn't come from the ocean! It's actually a member of the gourd family; and looks A LOT like an oversized zucchini before it's dried and peeled to reveal the spongy interior.
